Awesome Potato Veggie Leek Soup

potato leek soup, non dairy, Imagine brand, 2

potatoes, chopped, 3

carrots, chopped, 5

asparagus, cut into 11/2 inch pieces, 1 pound

cloves of garlic, 4 large

garlic seasoning, 1 tsp.

sea salt, 2 tsp.

black pepper, 1/2 tsp.

cayenne, to your liking

Cook all ingredients until tender. To make your own potato leek base:

potatoes, peeled and cut, 4 large

leek, 1

onion, diced, 1

seasalt to taste

Cook, then when soft, blend until smooth.
