whole grain bread
Canola mayonnaise spread
favorite mustard or salad dressing
California avocado slices
cucumber slices
tomato slices
sprouts (broccoli, radish, alfalfa, etc.)
sunflower seeds (preferably raw, sprouted)
Optional: spinach leaves, cheese, hard boiled egg, soy bits
Spread bread with mayo and mustard (or salad dressing), then start piling on ingredients. For
kids, you'll need to make the stack a little shorter.
