Veggie Sandwich

  • whole grain bread
  • Canola mayonnaise spread
  • favorite mustard or salad dressing
  • California avocado slices
  • cucumber slices
  • tomato slices
  • sprouts (broccoli, radish, alfalfa, etc.)
  • sunflower seeds (preferably raw, sprouted)
  • Optional: spinach leaves, cheese, hard boiled egg, soy bits

    Spread bread with mayo and mustard (or salad dressing), then start piling on ingredients. For kids, you'll need to make the stack a little shorter.
