1-1/3 cups cornmeal2/3 cup brown rice flour
2 tablespoons soy powder (optional)
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tablespoon dark molasses
2 tablespoons canola oil
11/2 cups soy or rice beverage
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place all the dry ingredients into a bowl. Add remaining
ingredients and stir until moistened. Pour into an oiled 9"x9" baking pan. Bake 20-25 minutes
or until done. Serve hot.
