Pages 11, 41, 55, 154, 198 and 199 - The combo vaccine Pentacel only has 330 mcg of aluminum, instead of the 1500 mcg that was initially indicated on the first and second printings of the book.
Page 54 and 55 - As of late in 2006, Engerix-B brand of Hep B vaccine no longer contains any traces of mercury.
Page 208 - As of late in 2006, Engerix-B brand of Hep B vaccine no longer contains any traces of mercury.
Page 248 - The Vaccines-At-A-Glance chart - The Pc vaccine is labeled as having NO aluminum. It actually DOES contain aluminum (as is correctly described in the Pc chapter). So that "N" should be a "Y".
