Awesome Potato Veggie Leek Soup

  • potato leek soup, non dairy, Imagine brand, 2
  • potatoes, chopped, 3
  • carrots, chopped, 5
  • asparagus, cut into 11/2 inch pieces, 1 pound
  • cloves of garlic, 4 large
  • garlic seasoning, 1 tsp.
  • sea salt, 2 tsp.
  • black pepper, 1/2 tsp.
  • cayenne, to your liking

Cook all ingredients until tender. To make your own potato leek base:

  • potatoes, peeled and cut, 4 large
  • leek, 1
  • onion, diced, 1
  • seasalt to tasteCook, then when soft, blend until smooth.
