Pacifiers: In or Out?

Pacifiers if absolutely needed should be used for a short amount of time and eliminated as soon as possible. I believe that during the first couple months of birth, only the breast should be in the baby’s mouth. Even a baby’s thumb is a better option than a pacifier. If a pacifier is used too long it can lead to prolonged dental issues in the future.
